Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Instruction: To start a return, you can contact us at service@crazybirdbike.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. crazybirdbike is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.
Restocking Fee: you are subject to US$200 per bike restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

This is my 1st E-bike! I am so excited like a kid on Christmas morning! I brought this bike to commute in locations I can’t access with my truck! Although a great bike so far; I have to do a little more practice!

My husband and I both bought these bikes and absolutely love them. We bought them about a month ago and already have almost 200 miles on them. They get up to 24miles an hour, seem very durable and depending on how you ride the bike (throttle use vs pedal assist mode) can go for hours on a single charge.

First, the packaging of the E bike in preparation for shipment was great. It arrived exactly as it should. Everything intact in its place. Nothing damaged. Seems to be made with great care high-quality and feels and looks solid. It was pretty simple to assemble because it’s a fold up bike and pretty straightforward. Had several questions about a few minor things and I found customer service to be diligent about getting back to me and seem to legitimately care about resolving any and all issues. I highly recommend this bike. Oh, and I left out a couple of the most important aspects riding it is fantastic. It is unbelievably fast so get ready for that and I forget to say it’s fast? is fast. The battery is easily chargeable with the charger they give you and overall and very happy with this highly recommend.

This is my first electric bike and Iam in my 70 s ... Iam impressed this bike is SOLID and scary fast ! that being said I got this bike so I would not have to unhook my rv to go shopping for small stuff to eat as gas as you know is rediculous any hoot THE BIKE IS SOLID AND WORTH EVERY PENNY and I will say iam Scottish and everypenny a prisoner ... seriously all kidding aside its a great bike fror the price and looks like it will outlast me !
