Love this bike! Great customer service!

I ordered two, one for myself and one for my wife. Both arrived promptly and in great condition, except for one issue, the LCD screen on my wife's bike was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a new screen. Replacing the screen was easy and now I have two perfect bikes.

The bike was very simple to assemble out of the box. After fully charging the battery and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, we were ready to go.

The bike is simple to operate and even though I haven't ridden a bike in over a decade, it was a pleasure to use. The wide tires make the bike great for all terrains. This bike feels very solid! I weigh over 240 pounds, but I never felt like I couldn't ride this bike. This bike folds up for easy transport without having to load it up in a car or SUV with a hitch. Be warned, this bike is heavy! So even if you can fit it in the trunk, you may need another person to help you lift it out, depending on your strength.

All in all, this is a great bike for the money. Definitely recommend.

Folding bike

So, I’ve got about 50miles on my CU2 E-bike. Setup was really easy. It’s not built very tough. But I have enjoyed every mile on this bike. It’s perfect for me. I wish it was lighter in weight and not as awkward to fold but for my first e-bike I’m having a blast so far!

I recently acquired this bike, and it's undoubtedly one of the best products I've ever received. I've been using it for commuting to work over the past week, and it has exceeded my expectations.

Worth it! Great electric bike!

I have been looking for a bike that is both durable and foldable for easy storage. I live in an apartment so I don't have a lot of space. This bike is perfect for short daily commutes. I am very impressed with the quality of the materials, especially considering the price. Similar bikes are a few hundred dollars more expensive.

So far, the battery life has been great in daily use. I have saved a ton of gas and it is fun to ride. The ride is smooth and you can adjust the height if taller people want to ride. My friends are asking me where I got it because they want one too! As you can see in the pictures, the front light makes night riding easy too.
The bike has a lot of extra features. You can choose from a few different riding modes, including riding like a regular bike. For me, this eliminates the need to keep a second bike for regular exercise.

Assembly was easy and took only a few minutes. I also love that it comes with a warranty, so if anything goes wrong over the next year, they will cover it. This means you are not out of luck if the battery is defective. I love it!!!
