My friend recommended it to me, and I have to say I’m really happy with it. It’s exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. It’s a bit heavy, but the battery life is very good. I’ve only been using it for a few days out in the countryside, so I’ll need to put in more miles, but so far it’s doing exactly what I expected.

I have been writing emails back and forth with your tech department that the screen shows error 02. I have videos and photos of this issue. On top of that your tech department wants me to fix it. I bought the bike paying in full no credit just straight one shot payment with my bank card. I figured with a 2 year warranty the company would take the bike back and send me a new working bike. But the tech said they are going to send me a new screen and I am to fix it my self. if this works after I should get at least a 50% cash back for the bike but I get no answere about that.
Ordered 2 Seta. They shipped quickly but not together. Got one of them assembled. Fairly straight forward. Manual is vague. Roads are too icy to test ride. Appears to be a quality design. Trying to get some assistance with the LCD controller with things like how to change from kph to mph. The shipment packaging was rugged and protective . Satisfied so far
I ordered this Crazybird bike to start riding and than my car broke down and than that’s when I realized what a great deal I got on this excellent bike. From the first time I got on the bike to when I had to use it to get groceries to just riding the trails with my buddy. I realize this was the best bike on the market. Easy to ride and powerful enough to help you do what ever you have to do. Get one if you have a chance
