Brand new. Arrived unopened and no damage to the box it was shipped in during transit from California to Illinois. Assembly instructions and hand tools were included. Getting the front fender to fit properly was the only challenge I faced. I've put 150 miles on the bike so far. Without hills to climb or headwinds to fight, this e-bike can easily travel 50 miles on a full charge by remaining on the lowest pedal assist 90% of the time for a 170-pound rider. Great value for the price! Get one while you still can!
I received a huge barebone Velowave rover e-bike. I'm 66 yrs old, a massive trail bike is not what I wanted. No rack, fender, rear light, turn signals nor horn.
My friend recommended it to me, and I have to say I’m really happy with it. It’s exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. It’s a bit heavy, but the battery life is very good. I’ve only been using it for a few days out in the countryside, so I’ll need to put in more miles, but so far it’s doing exactly what I expected.

I have been writing emails back and forth with your tech department that the screen shows error 02. I have videos and photos of this issue. On top of that your tech department wants me to fix it. I bought the bike paying in full no credit just straight one shot payment with my bank card. I figured with a 2 year warranty the company would take the bike back and send me a new working bike. But the tech said they are going to send me a new screen and I am to fix it my self. if this works after I should get at least a 50% cash back for the bike but I get no answere about that.
